CST300 Week 2
Boy this course has tons of work. Definitely not what I was expecting.
The review and reflect document listed for this week includes a variety of different learning strategies. There are aspects that I do find that I do, however, personally it's difficult to achieve because of my own personal obstacles I deal with daily. That is depression and anxiety.
There are days where I can get great sleep and days where I get terrible sleep. There's no pattern that I've been able to find out. Either way I have to brute force my way to accomplishing tasks at work and for school. When anxiety and depression hits all this plan just goes out the window and I have to reset which takes time. I still try to work my way around depression and anxiety since I still have to be a productive member of society!
On top of that my work varies. I can travel across the united states, I can have meetings late or real early in the morning with colleagues across the globe.
